By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — especially Sections 6 (your responsibilities) and 7 (clinical complaints).
1. What DentAItinerary Is
We are a platform, not a clinic.
DentAItinerary is a technology platform and concierge service that helps international patients discover, plan, and book dental treatment trips to India. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide dental treatment, medical advice, or clinical diagnoses. All clinical decisions are made solely by the dental clinic you choose.
When you book through DentAItinerary, you have two distinct relationships:
- Clinical relationship — treatment decisions, outcomes, aftercare — directly with the Clinic.
- Platform relationship — booking, payments, logistics, coordination — with DentAItinerary (TED Consulting).
DentAItinerary's services include: AI itinerary tool, clinic matching, quotation facilitation, payment processing, accommodation and transfer arrangements, trip coordinator, and trip documents.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a booking.
Patients under 18 may be booked by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf and accompanies them throughout the trip.
You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. The Booking Process
AI Itinerary (Pre-Booking)
The AI-generated itinerary is indicative only. Pricing and treatment details are representative estimates — not a confirmed quote. Do not make travel arrangements based solely on the AI itinerary.
Request Submission
Submitting a treatment request is not a booking. It initiates the matching and quotation process. You are not financially committed at this stage.
Quotation
Quotations are confirmed (not indicative) and valid for 14 days from issue date.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you accept a quotation and complete the initial deposit payment (30% of Total Package Price).
Exchange Rate Lock
Pricing is displayed in your home currency. The exchange rate is locked at quotation acceptance. DentAItinerary is not liable for currency movements after locking.
4. Payments

International payments processed via Stripe. INR/UPI payments via Razorpay. Card data is handled entirely by these providers — DentAItinerary does not store card numbers or CVVs.
The Platform Service Fee (included in Total Package Price) covers: patient matching, quotation management, trip coordinator, concierge logistics, and platform access. It is non-refundable in all circumstances.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Before treatment begins:

After treatment has begun: No refund on the Treatment Fee.
If the Clinic cancels or is unavailable: DentAItinerary will offer a comparable alternative clinic or a full refund of the Treatment Fee and Platform Service Fee.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Your Responsibilities
Medical Disclosure
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history to the Clinic — including current medications, allergies, medical conditions, and relevant dental history. DentAItinerary is not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete disclosure.
Pre-Travel Consultation
We strongly recommend consulting your home dentist or GP before travelling. DentAItinerary does not assess your clinical suitability for treatment.
Travel InsuranceRequired
You are required to arrange comprehensive travel insurance before travel that covers: medical complications, dental procedure complications, emergency medical repatriation, and trip cancellation. This is a condition of booking, not a suggestion. DentAItinerary will not be liable for costs that would have been covered by travel insurance.
Post-Procedure Care
You must follow the Clinic's post-procedure instructions. Failure to do so may affect your outcome and may affect any remediation obligations on the Clinic's part.
7. Clinical Complaints and Disputes
DentAItinerary is not liable for clinical outcomes. The Clinic is solely responsible for all treatment decisions, outcomes, and complications.
If you have a clinical concern after returning home:
- Contact the Clinic via the platform portal within 30 days. The Clinic is obligated to respond within 24 hours.
- Contact DentAItinerary — we will facilitate communication and act in good faith as your concierge. We cannot adjudicate clinical matters.
- Formal complaint — clinical complaints may be made to the Dental Council of India.
For complaints about DentAItinerary's coordination or platform services, email hello@dentaitinerary.ai. We respond within 48 hours.
8. Limitation of Liability
DentAItinerary's maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the Platform Service Fee you have paid.
DentAItinerary is not liable for:
- Clinical outcomes, complications, or post-treatment issues
- Travel delays or cancellations beyond our reasonable control
- Hotel quality issues where hotels are independently operated
- Acts or omissions of third-party partners (hotels, transport, activity operators)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)
Your statutory rights are not affected.
This limitation does not exclude rights you cannot waive under mandatory law in your country of residence — including UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Consumer Rights Directive, and Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory rights remain intact regardless of anything in these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We collect and process health data with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time via your account settings.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction — subject to your mandatory rights under local law.
UK and EU residents: You retain your rights under UK GDPR / EU GDPR and applicable consumer law, which cannot be contracted away.
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably before any legal process. Contact us first.
11. Changes to These Terms
DentAItinerary may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
